Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client in need of care. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total service cost. No-shows will be charged the full price of the session. These charges help us honor and compensate for the therapist’s reserved time, which has been set aside especially for you. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
